The Robot Coupe commercial food processor performs a host of culinary feats. It is designed for high speed and quality vegetable processing. The Robot Coupe slices, juliennes, and shreds with the continuous feed attachment, plus it will chop, grind, puree, mix, or knead using the cutter bowl attachment.

Compact

Kitchen space is often at a premium where space can be limited by a number of factors. That’s why the R201 has been designed to offer power without compromising work-top space requirements. The 2.9 litre cutter bowl affords enough room to add a variety of ingredients for processing at any one time.

Versatile

For a compact unit the R201 can be used to prepare a variety of ingredients from coarse and fine chopping of vegetables and herbs, mulching purees and sauces and the kneading of dough for pastries and breads. The transparent polycarbonate lid has two feeding chutes: large feed opening – built to maximise cutting areas and allows cuts of vegetable such as celery and cabbage and round opening – for slicing long or fragile vegetables.

High Performance

Suited to restaurants and catering environments where time and customer satisfaction are of uttermost importance the 550W, 1500rpm direct drive motor supports from 10 covers up to 20 covers allowing for higher throughput. The patented fine stainless steel serrated blade gives consistent results time and time again for large or small quantities.

Hygienic

Constructed from stainless steel and designed by Robot Coupe with the aim to be in accordance with the strictest hygiene standards, high standards of hygiene are maintained by the ability to remove and clean all parts of the machine which come into contact with food.
