I have a medium sized rabbit and this is perfect for my needs. 1. Hangs on the side of cage so is easy to install or change location. The downside of that is that when it is empty it is also easy for the rabbit to remove and toss across the cage! 2. It is a good size for a medium sized rabbit and would be good for a small rabbit as well. 3. Easy to fill 4. Has a solid back which reduces the amount of hay on the floor.

I had a hard time finding a hay feeder for some reason . This one is nice and sturdy and worked out well for my bunny and it was a nice price .

I bought the unspecified option for this pay feeder. The overall product details and photos from others do not do it justice. This thing is huge compared to the standard hay feeders sold in petstores. My guinea pigs immediately ran up to it and started eating out of straight away. I knew they hated the other feeder and for good reason. The bars are wide enough to allow hay to stick out so its easier for them to grab than the standard ones which makes the hay flat that they can't grab. My old feeders my pigs would have to eat from the sides or top. This feeder they can eat from every angle. Front, sides, top. The feeders are the size of my pigs. The bars are not so wide that hay drops out too. Its perfect. The other hay feeders I had had these weird things sticking out and I was always worried my piggies would poke an eye out if they were running. This feeder there is nothing poking out so its very safe. Its also very hefty. My old feeders they could throw them off the bars. I dont think they will be able to take this off the bars of cage from the cage. There is a black back to it so the hay wont fall out or fall out of cage. I think the overall mess is going to be much better. You can fill so much hay into it. So instead of feeding multiple times a day. I will only need to refill it twice. Its very easy to remove too. I absolutely love this hay feeder and so do my guinea pigs. I bought two of them. I took photos of the old slanted one with the new one for comparison. Again photos dont do it justice. Its looks less of a problem with the old compared to the new one. Photos also make it look smaller. Thank for this hay feeder!

This hay feeder does exactly what it’s supposed to do—it holds hay and keeps it accessible for my rabbit. It attaches easily and keeps most of the hay off the floor, which helps keep the enclosure a little cleaner. The metal frame feels sturdy and holds a good amount of hay at one time. My rabbit enjoys pulling hay out throughout the day, which is great because it encourages natural foraging behavior. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that some hay still ends up on the ground. That could be because the bars are a little wide or simply because rabbits like to dig and forage through their hay. Either way, a bit of hay scatter is expected with rabbits. My rabbit... yeah he throws these tantrums and throws his dishes. I already reviewed the water thing explaining but now food. NO MORE THROWING FOOD FOR HIM! This attaches to his cage, and he can no longer make a disaster. It holds a lot of pellets and hay which is perfect. It was easy to assemble and attach. Seems to be very well made, and I def would buy again if I needed to. Again... SORRY WHISPER! MOM WINS!

I’ve tried a few hay feeders before, and most of them either fall apart or end up making a mess—this one actually holds up. The metal frame is solid and doesn’t bend or feel cheap, which is a big deal if you’ve got animals that like to tug and chew. It keeps the hay contained well, so there’s way less waste scattered around the cage. It was easy to set up and fits nicely without taking up too much space. My guinea pig took to it right away, and it’s made feeding time a lot cleaner and more organized. Also feels a lot safer than the flimsy wire ones that can bend or trap little heads. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do—sturdy, practical, and worth it if you’re tired of constantly cleaning up loose hay.

It’s a good product, but the hay falls through the bottom gaps too easily. Once it hits the floor, my pets won’t touch it, so a bottom panel would really help to avoid waste.

This is a good feeder! I've been using it with my new pet bunny over the past few months and he seems to like it. He can easily pull the hay through the slots and it holds a decent amount of hay too!

My piggies use litterboxes for their hay and very rarely poop or pee on the fleece areas of their cage. I had a huge hay rack but wanted something smaller. These fit perfectly where my litter boxes are and are tall enough to keep my piggies out. The back part really keeps the hay mess from falling out of the cage.

I have larger rabbits. This hold enough hay to get them through the day. These are super durable and have held up to alot of bunny abuse!

Perfect! I have had my fair share of terrible hay feeders for my bunnies and this one is hands down the best. It’s big, solid, easy to fill and I live that the back is closed so you don’t lose a bunch of hay on the outside of the hutch.

Got this for my 2 buns, and I love it. They can’t chew it up and it holds a lot of hay. The bunnies like it and can get hay out of it very easily
