Airspun Loose Setting Powder, Talc-Free, Pore Minimizer, Oil Absorbing Face Powder - Translucent

I love this powder. It is very lightweight, leaves the skin soft, and helps set makeup for hours without looking heavy. It controls shine well and doesn't leave a white cast. It is ideal for daily use and lasts a long time. The value for money is excellent. I would definitely buy it again.

Love it. Smells like sweet tarts the candy. My hubby likes how it smells. Can be a bit messy and not great for travel. Good powder just a bit messy

I remember back in the late 60's and early 70's sneaking into my mom's make-up drawer in the bathroom to use this same powder. I have been using the original for years, and never really minded the smell since it goes away once applied. This is first time using the talc-free translucent formula. The smell is lighter- a bit citrus or lemon scent, but the coverage is what made the biggest impression. I am not wrinkly nor scarred, but habits of a lifetime of not wanting to be shiny or blotchy make me so happy this provides an even, matte and bright pearly finish. I have found the pads from the old container are much better than the sponge pads so I just wash them and reuse.... UPDATE: 6/19/25 for me this powder still looks beautiful, but I started noticing a grainy texture to my face and little hard bumps that I never had before, then followed by some painful red patches, that have persisted. I did a bit of research of discussions on this new formula with many preferring the original, and though I am still not sure it was this powder, it is the only thing in my simple make up process for decades that is different, and I'm not really liking other brands so I will be ordering the original formula.

This stuff smells like an old lady but I still buy it because it's simply the best powder out there. That should speak volumes on its own 🤣 The smell isn't strong and goes away over time, I promise. It's the BEST talc free powder out there, most of them leave you cakey and looking wrinkly even if you don't have any. I guess talc helps smooth you out, but somehow this one is great even without the talc. This leaves you smooth and soft matte, it's not a super drying matte and keeps your makeup in place. Personally I take out the plastic part that has holes in it so I can get more powder out at once. You can't beat the price either! Coty if you're reading this, PLEASE MAKE A SCENT FREE VERSION!!! 💕

Rather than the smell, this product is amazing and it lays my makeup perfectly! I love how big the container is for the price!!

PLEASE NOTE: I did not receive the Original Formula I ordered. I received the talc-free. This will be a review of the talc-free version.I am very close to 40. Every time I’ve worn liquid foundation I’ve felt miserable, watery eyes, felt like I had plaster on my skin. I decided to try what my Grammy used and just give Airspun a shot.All I used for my base is my regular facial moisturizer and the Airspun. I don’t care for the little “puff” included and I used a large powder brush to apply. The puff is about as flat as a fast food pancake, and the pancake might apply the product better.The Airspun is light as a feather, looks natural, and just blends and evens out my skin. I love it. It does require touch ups on my oily spots every once in a while throughout the day.The scent definitely has that “gramma cosmetics” smell, but it does dissipate… after an hour or so. It’s not worth knocking a star off for, but if they ever came out with an unscented version, I’d switch in a heartbeat.Pic is unfiltered, regular iPhone front camera.

My om used to use this powder in the 70's. Thought I'd try this now that it is 'talc-free' (some talc produced in other countries have had asbestos contamination problems), so talc-free is always important and a must have with powder! I like how it goes on light,not too heavy like other powders, and the subtle tint is a nice blend, so it doesn't look too obvious on the skin. It softens oily skin and hides any shine too. Lasts for hours and the scent is pleasant,not overpowering, kind of like sweet tarts candy or baby powder. it is pleasant & subtle. The price is very reasonable too,since you only need to use a small amount, so this could last long time.

This powder seems to work well and keeps makeup set/makes skin look matte. I guess it's not for everybody, but I like the way it smells a lot. It's like a sweet, floral, baby powder scent and makes me think of citrus for whatever reason (may be influenced by the orange packaging).
