Excelente suplemento, cumplió con mis expectativas

I have to say that this probiotic has worked great! I had consumed too many antimicrobial teas, plus echinacea, grapefruit seed extract, etc., because I thought was coming down with something. I stripped my gut of what was probably ALL beneficial bacteria and cause a severe case of dysbiosis! I struggled with loose and watery stool for about three months, with nothing else, including Florastor, getting me back on track. After about two weeks, this product has me regular again, with a proper consistency. Since I had SIBO about six years ago, which makes my gut more susceptible to issues, I plan to continue with this product!

This saved my life. My gut was so bad, I think I was slowly dying at one point (seriously). It took about 4 months taking 2x day to see my first HUGE improvement, then again at 6 months, and 9. Fixing your gut does not happen overnight. I highly recommend this to anyone who has serious gut issues. I suffer from Endometriosis and a perforated bowel, and I don't know where I would be if my primary didn't recommend this to me.

This probiotic was a game changer for me! I have Hashimoto's (auto immune). To say it's been a struggle is an understatement. When my nurse practitioner recommended this to me, I was skeptical.
