Beautiful snowglobe that brings the magic to life in a young child’s eyes as they watch Santa and his reindeer fly over houses and a little Christmas train go in a tunnel. This snow globe reminds me of the movie Santa Claus with Tim Allen in it, I always loved that snow globe in the movie as a child and very happy to find something so similar to it. Beautiful sound, amazing artwork, just love it! My mom ordered one as well, hers came broken from transport but super easy to get a replacement sent free of charge. Definitely recommend getting this magical snowglobe!

I got this one at a reduced price since it played the wrong song. (Some one returned it since it plays we wish you a merry Christmas instead of Santa Clause is coming to town.) I don't care. It is a beautiful snow globe and I love all the details in the scene. It is very well done and will be treasured for a long time. It is very heavy though. Young children and and elderly people with wrist issues might want some help in winding it.

Started a tradition every year to give my daughter a snow globe from Santa. This is the first one she received. I wanted to be magical, well made, and beautiful. This is far more beautiful in person. The train spins and Santa swirls at the same time. It is heavy but it’s an 8’ snow globe! Hopefully the following years snow globes can be magical like this one.

Magic snowglobe

This is a beautiful snow globe. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter and would like one for myself. It is beautifully detailed. I love the glitter rather than the snow. The sculpture isn’t obscured, and it’s lovely the way it sparkles and glitters. This is a substantial globe, rather heavy. Not something you could trust a child to handle, but they would be delighted watching it. Some might think Santa on a pole is cheap looking, but something about the curvature of the globe and the design of the team makes it look like Santa’s really flying with his reindeer! The rotating train going in and out of the mountain is what sold me on this style. It’s darling, and I know my grandkids will love that. I guess I still have enough kid in me to remember. Finally, this is not a light-up globe, but I did a double-take because the play of light on it actually makes it look illuminated! I docked it one star only because it doesn’t play the advertised tune “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town”. I would have much preferred that and hoped maybe they’d have the advertised music box in mine. However, many reviews point this out so I wasn’t entirely surprised. Instead, it plays “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”. Just not nearly as perfect a jingle for this scene IMO. Seller should correct their description, but it’s been an issue for a good while so I guess they’re not paying attention.

The Santa sleigh and reindeer circle around on a central wire, which is predictably noticeable. Very clear and no air bubble at the top. Some large globes are activated by rotating the globe rather than lifting it up to turn the key, but this one has to be lifted up to wind. Train travels through tunnel as well, which I really like. Wish the base had been painted more like the mountain so that it blended better (I saw one like that sold on another site.)

pretty globe, but took it out this year ( 4 years later) and the glass has now turned a greenish-yellow color. Not nearly as pretty and just another disappointment, since when I bought it, it said it was Santa Claus is Coming to Town, but it really plays We Wish You a Merry Christmas, which I don't like nearly as much as it was a gift for my young daughter. Bummer all over again.

This is a large, heavy snowglobe. The Santa sleigh revolves through the air as the choo-choo goes around the track. My wife collects these, and this is her favorite. Very well made, no air gaps in globe fluid, very happy with this purchase. Only wish it came engraved with the year date.

This snow globe is truly beautiful, but I was absolutely gutted that the tune was wrong. It was described as playing 'Santa Claus is Coming to Town', which would have suited the scene perfectly and I bought it specifically as a Christmas Eve gift for a child, anticipating Santa's arrival. However, it played 'We Wish You A Merry Christmas' instead and I was so disappointed, especially having spent so much to have it shipped to England. I contacted the seller requesting a replacement, but just got an automated reply for a refund. I don't have time now to get another gift. I've seen videos of this snow globe playing was it was meant to play and it's really beautiful. I've also seen videos of it playing 'Jingle Bells' and the tune is awful, so I have to be thankful I wasn't sent that one. I'd advise anyone to double check the tune with the seller before purchasing.
