I have tried 6 different neck creams, and they all didn't help much. I have some crepe/thatching and sagging in the middle with lines. I cannot use retinal as it burns my neck and makes it itchy and red even with moisturizer before and slowly starting. I just knew this expensive one would work and yep, it does. Out of all this was by far the best. It's pretty amazing how it made all that almost go away. I hate to spend this much on neck cream but boy when that neck looks old it just spoils everything on your face to me. So, I guess I just won't eat some days to buy it.

I'm always looking for "before & after" photos in the comments and never have much luck. However, at this price point, I was definitely going to follow along. This is after one month of consistent, daily & nightly use). For reference, their image is after 11 months. At the midway picture, I was pretty bummed. However, I am starting to notice some changes a little after a month of use. The lines are getting softer and the skin feels a little stronger now. I am 45 and weigh 145 lbs. I have not fluctuated in weight over my years, but just have thin, weak skin. I'll eventually have to get my "Edgar suit" (Men in Black reference) tightened, but for now, I'm trying to find non-invasive ways to tighten this area. I will update! UPDATE: 1 bottle used, twice daily and lasted about 2 months. Fine lines are gone, deeper lines are starting to soften. The second picture (with only two pics) is day 1 and after full bottle. The only drawback is that you cannot get the bottle open at all to scrape out any residual product once the pump part is finished. There may not be much, but for this pricepoint, it would be nice to be able to use every single drop.

Wow - this stuff works! I have a crepey patch right in the middle of my neck starting to form and it drives me crazy. I tried a bunch of other serums but they did little. This is already making a difference in a week. Pricey but worth it!

Not sure what is going in with the pump but definitely getting frustrating. The product worked well for me, but the pump and the supposed amount of content is a little deceiving. I had no complaint with my initial purchase but this second one has been so disappointing. I had to return due to a faulty pump and ordered another one but again, 5 days after receiving this, the content in the bottle seems to have finished because the pump is practically pumping air. Not sure if this is another bad pump or the content is finished which will be absolutely ridiculous because it was hardly used within a week. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I noticed the difference during my first bottle. Ditched my old neck cream (that I sell myself for a hone based business). Great product!

I’ve been using this neck cream for a while and it feels very rich and hydrating without being greasy. It spreads easily and absorbs well, so it doesn’t sit heavy on the skin. My neck and jaw area do look a bit smoother and more moisturized with consistent use, especially in the mornings. It gives a more “plump” and hydrated look rather than an instant tightening effect. It is definitely on the expensive side, so I expected faster or more dramatic results, but the changes are more subtle and gradual. Overall, it feels like a high-quality cream that focuses more on long-term improvement than quick fixes.

I can definitely see the difference in my neck on days I don’t use this. It’s the only neck cream I’ve used that I can actually see the results.

I don't even know if it works because the entire bottle was gone in less than 2 weeks! It said to use 2 pumps in the morning and 2 pumps at night every day. That's what I did. At this rate, it would cost about $180 a month! That is absolutely insane for a product that I'm not sure even works! Horrible!

Good product but it would have been better if its unscented. I checked the price now has gone up to $200 - it’s too expensive

Don't think I saw any change. Gone back to my previous product.
