I use this everyday for my sclera lens. Great price with the two pack set! My Doctor started me on this with my lens.

When it comes to trying any new (previously unknown to me) brand of eye care products I am very reluctant and cautious but after a bit of research I did opt to order this Gas Permeable Lens Solution 2-pack to determine how well this product works with my scleral type gas permeable lenses compared to the very well known brand name conditioning solution that I have exclusively used with my lenses. There is an obvious difference in the viscosity of this solution (flows more like water) than my regular name brand solution (flows a bit thicker, almost oil-like). Each container of this new solution is only 2.5 ounces whereas my regular solution contains 3.5 ounces. So far my vision has remained consistent and I do not feel any difference in comfort between the 2 different brands of conditioning solution so I will continue use of this product for the near future.

I keep this in my purse for contact emergencies. The product itself is great, I just wish they came in an even smaller bottle.

I moved to Gas Permeable lenses last year and Menicon is what my doctor suggested that I pick up to use with my lenses. So I bought the huge bottles because you know if you have just started or remember back to when you started you use A LOT of fluid learning these lenses. So to save money I only have these huge bottles which are a pain to travel with; woohoo this fixed that issue. This is a great travel set to bring along enough of your lens solution and cases. Same great quality in a perfect travel size. Won't need it often but important to have it.

I have keratoconus, a somewhat uncommon eye condition, and I've been using Menicon Unique pH for many years to store my gas permeable scleral contacts for years. Finally they have a handy travel pack. I keep one in the car and another at work in case I have any issues and need to remove my contacts. I generally don't, but when you need to you need to and these things aren't disposable or cheap so it is nice to have this peace of mind. I wish it included a couple vials of their Lacripure solution to make the entire thing complete, but easy enough for my to toss a few in the box.

I've been wearing hard contacts for several decades now and have only ever used the Boston brand contact solutions. This is slightly more expensive than the Boston brand. The Menicon Unique pH solution is made in France. This is meant for travel purposes and comes in a 2.5 oz bottle. The bottle is harder to squeeze than the Boston bottle. The Boston travel size is far smaller at 1 oz and their regular size is 3.5 oz, which is just slightly over the TSA fluid allowance. The Menicon solution has a screw on cap, which is less convenient to use, but better for travel purposes as you don't want the cap to accidentally fall off. This solution is meant to do everything and states it will clean, disinfect, and cushion. My contacts do seem clean with this solution. However, I think Boston does a better job of cushioning when putting the contact in the eye. The Menicon solution makes my contacts feel a little dryer when I first put it in and does not feel as comfortable as with the Boston. Each pack also comes with a contact lens case.Overall, I like this for travel purposes, but I would probably stick with Boston for my daily use.

I have been a faithful user of Boston gas-permeable contact lens solutions for years. When I came across this product, I knew I had to give it a go. The travel size of Boston GPCLS is only 1 oz and it comes with a case for $19.99 on Amazon; with the Menicon Unique PH GPCLS (made in France), you get two travel packages for $29.99 a $10.00 savings over the Boston brand. Are there cheaper options out there? Yes, especially if you want to buy a larger size.I tried the solution and I'm very happy with it. It cleans and conditions my gas-permeable contact lenses as well as the Boston brand that I have been using for 30 years. When traveling, I will be buying the Unique pH brand because it is cheaper.After the positive experience, I will look into the 4oz bottle by Menicon as it is only slightly more expensive than the Boston brand 3.5 oz.

I ordered these full well knowing that I wouldn't be using this as a contact lens solution. For me personally, these are absolutely GREAT for a key component in artful slime creation. You can make movie grade slime with the right recipe (which contact lens solution is a part of), and this particular product worked like a charm for it! So while I may not have used these as it's original purpose, it has a dual purpose for people in the art world! Highly recommended for any other creatives looking for a good ingredient to make movie grade slime!
