Poise Incontinence Pads & Postpartum Incontinence Pads, 3 Drop Light Absorbency, Regular Length, 54 Count

I'm in my mid 50s, post menopause, retired last year and started running and distance walking again.The last time I worked out was in my late 30s, and Oh My how things have changed! 😳Now I can't make it through a short run (1-3 miles) or long walk (6-12 miles) without peeing in my underwear. A basic pantiliner used to be all I needed and/or I used to be able to hold it until I got home or found a restroom.So that's where these Poise pads come in - and they've been excellent!At first I used some maxi pads from an old stash in the bathroom cabinet, thinking "what's the difference - a pad's a pad". Boy was I wrong.I ended up learning period pads work well for menstrual flow which of course is thicker and comes out slower than urine. But for anything more than a small leak of urine they are useless. Apparently Poise pads are somehow designed to absorb and hold liquid that is watery and faster flowing, i.e. urine lol.These Poise pads are a lifesaver. No more stressing about "leaking" while I'm out on foot, especially in residential areas where there's no public restrooms. Or hoping to find a hidden spot behind a bush or boulder when hiking once the need to urinate becomes unsuppressable.I have used about 60 of these pads and have had nothing but a good experience. They are comfortable (can't feel them during workouts).No leaks, no shifting or bunching up, no odor, they stick well and stay in place, and the adhesive removes cleanly from my underwear.The #3 pad isn't too bulky, and sometimes I use the next size up (#4) for long walks or hikes. #4 is a bit bulkier and a tad longer, but neither size is visible through my spandex running shorts/pants.Also they are individually wrapped which is great for having an extra with me in a pocket.When I get home I go back to the usual pantiliners 🙂

If you are a little incontinent, these will be too thick and bulky. They do work well, but I feel the company needs to give us a bit of space in the center of each side of the pad. I'll explain: The middle of the pad on both sides needs to be more of an hourglass shape, so to speak. That is the area that will get 'squished' as we walk, and it gets bulky as it gets smashed together. If you are more incontinent, this will hold the urine well enough, though.

If you’re “AhChoos” or “HaHaHas” are followed by an “Uh-Oh”, you need these pads! Wear these, and feel free to laugh your ass off during allergy season! I highly recommend them! Oh, P.S. proportioned enough to take care of “oopsies” small enough that you don’t feel like you’re wearing a diaper! Bonus points! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
