product was fine for the first time use - steam was great and it felt so good. after that the water spilled all out on the counter and the spitting how water burned skin. i ensured i didn’t not overfill and was not too close. returning for a better steamer.

Super convenient!
Super easy to use! You just fill it with water and let it heat up. Then steam will start coming out. Really nice for giving yourself a little spa treatment at home. Great to soften the pores with and do extractions! (Gently of course)
