I could not find this item in the local stores and still could not find the ones I bought in the past even online. This product does hold the mops/brooms but they do slip a bit and some items fall out. Overall, it is okay and basically does what it should but not as well as it should.The Mfg contacted me regarding my review and has 1) promised to make changes to this item and 2) refunded my purchase price (which was really kind of them). I trust they will follow thru with a new design that will be even better.

I was thankful to have found such a high quality solution for hanging all of my cleaning "tools"! This is a great organizer with MULTIPLE brackets that holds everything in my laundry room! My mops, brooms, dusters etc., and even has hooks to hang my wet rags and steam mop pads! It was super easy to install too!

This product serves the purpose by helping you to organize your mop's, booms etc.,. The installation is fairly simple if you have the right tools like Drill, Long screw driver (to tighten the screws the regular one will not fit so you need a long and slim screw driver). Make sure you arrange it in a way the mop and broom do not overlap as the space between is might be small if you have a bigger set. Overall satisfied with the product and worth the buy.

Items just slipped right out of holder. poorly designed, stiff rubber, not enough friction to hold much of anything, waste of $15, could get better for .99 at the 99 cent store. These are overpriced for what they can do or suggest they can do. Maybe might work better for thicker type wood broom handles but not metal. two ball roller designed might have worked better and I recognized this even before I placed the order and this failed exactly like I expected it too.

I installed this on a closet door to hold typical household brooms & mops. All of the items seemed to lock into the holder nicely but within an hour or two, everything would fall down. I took a heavier mop off the rack & that helped the other items stay in place longer, but things still fell out eventually.I don't if I got a poor quality item, but when I contacted the seller, they did refund me.They also told me this is an "universal" problem for this product. I then had to come up with another solution. I don't know how this thing would ever hold the type of heavy things you keep in a garage....

A nice part of my new garage storage -- much more handy and neat in my garage. Easy to install with screws after mounting on board mounted to the wall studs behind the drywall.

I bought this for our laundry room to hang household items like our Swiffer mop and Swiffer duster. I was disappointed that they did not fit the slots, the slots are meant to hold thicker items like heavy brooms. It was clever to have the option to use the fold down hook but if I had wanted to use hooks, I would have just bought hooks.

I found this so easy to install and very sturdy. I am using it to hang 3 brooms/mops as well as a dust pan and a few other things on the hooks.It puts ease in getting mops & brooms out for use as well as keeps the up and off the floor. Well organized.

Size was found not matching with the expectation and there were no option to return it
