Chew 30 minutes before you go out. I sat outdoors at night after taking and did not get one bite. I have used it many times since then and it worked. Don’t eat or drink anything 30 minutes before or after taking for best results.

Doesn’t lessen bug bites or repel bugs for me in Florida at all.

I have always been a magnet for mosquitos. I even spent several months getting innocultations to help, (it didn't). This has been the only repellent that has ever worked for me. It has been a life-saver.

I have used them a few times along with other spray. I get eaten alive by bugs and when I use the spray and these it definately helped. Sorry Im not much help. They do desolve easily and taste ok. I will try them again.

My wife scorns the outdoors because of the bugs. In truth it does seem as though mosquitoes and other flying insects are much more attracted to her than to me. With MOZI Q Mozi-Q Chewable tablets my bride can tolerate spending a couple hours for a picnic and a walk. They really do work. But don't expect much more time than the 2 hours claimed.

I sorry to say I was disappointed. This product did not do as stated. It did not lessen the number of insect bites nor did it lessen the the severity of the bites. Too bad. I live in a tropical climate and if this product had worked, there were several of my friends that would have purchased it also.
