Stopped working
This remote control stopped working almost immediately unless you took the batteries out and in again. Its now completely stopped working!

Mixed Results With Delays & Accuracy Are Frustrating At Times
Our LG magic remote has decided to play up and seems to stop working at random times so the opportunity to obtain the RETROSUN Voice Magic Remote Control for LG Smart TVs was welcomed. So first things first, this is supplied in a generic unbranded box which contained just the remote and instructions, the unit feels well made if a little less polished than the LG unit, but the labelling is bright and clear. I set about installing the AA sized batteries and removing the old RC unit batteries soi there could be no interference between two remotes, I then switched on the TV and aimed the new remote at it and after around 10 seconds I noticed the TV pointer flicker so waved the remote and it started to activate and move the pointer on the TV. Brilliant I thought and it is...sometimes. I have noticed that this remote seems to work best if you push harder on the various buttons, whilst the scroll wheel is hit and miss most of the time. The voice control works as well as the LG variant. Some days it seems a little more temperamental than others but it does work eventually – it just causes a little more frustration. Good price but mixed results.

Excellent Quality Replacement Remote Control
This is a superb replacement remote control, and much better than anticipated. Quite aside from the fact that sometimes, with the best will in the world, Remotes can break, they always seem to go walkabout, and impossible to find!As a replacement or spare / addition, this is a great choice. It’s much less expensive than an OEM version, yet quality seems as good as genuine LG ones. Ironically, I tried with 2 x different LG 55” 4K TVs (neither of which are listed in the description, and the existing remotes are slightly different), and the remote was recognised straight away, and worked perfectly on both TVs. Air mouse, scrolling, voice etc all perfect. Very impressive. Out of interest, the 2 x TVs tested on are:LG 55UP75006LLG 55NANO756PAThe button action / softness etc. all similar to OEM, with an equal operating range etc. The remote requires 2 x AA batteries (not included)All in all, a great alternative to an original OEM, that’s well-made, works perfectly, and decent value. Operation
The select wheel is rubbish it only works half the time. But i have to use it as the old one stopped working altogether. Being disabled I can't afford tosend it back

Un-Pairs from TV constantly
Purchased as replacement as original remote buttons had faded and scroll wheel sticks slightly.Unpaired old remote. The new remote does connect straight away following instructions.The issue is keeps un-pairing from TV during use after so long and wont even turn TV once left having to pull batterys to reset multipe times.Reconnected old remote though buttons are faded still works fine.
