Q: Can you fill these with regular air via straw? Not helium.

You can but they would not float.

Q: How do you seal off the balloon if you fill it at home with a store bought helium tank?

This balloon has a self-sealing valve …..the helium will stay in, nothing you need to do to sesl it...very easy !

Q: is that pink? or red, i see on the horse (face)?
