I love this watch for the price it is great and functions as I need it to.

Used for 6 months so far and is flawless.Arrived with no scratches or signs of wear.Continues to work great and no issues. Holds charge for 3+ days.

Arrived in perfect condition and powered on right out of the box, it had about 10% straight out of the box and connected easily to my phone

I really like this watch. I was a bit skeptical because it is " renewed". It was easy to it up and connect it to my phone and other apps. The bitmoji connected and works great. Which is a big plus since the fit bit stopped syncing and working. My only issue the battery. It is a fast charge maybe two hours to a full one. That full charge will only last for about two days. The fit bit could almost go an entire week maybe more on one charge. It only had a few scratches around the clock face but that was an easy fix, I got a screen protector and a case so you don't see it a all. I have small wrist and it still fits. If the battery isn't a stopping point for you then it's good watch for the price.

I bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 from this seller & it came in perfect condition & works as great as a new watch. The battery life isn't that great but it was as expected after research & reading reviews. It's easy to use & navigate & does not feel big or clunky, which I was worried about. It came packaged very well & was delivered quicker than expected. You would have no clue that it was anything other than new unless you are the one paying for it (because of the difference between paying for a refurbished product rather than buying as a new product.) The price for the quality was astounding & I would definitely order from this seller again in the future & would recommend anyone looking for quality refurbished items give them a try knowing that they offer quality products at an unbeatable price.

My previous watch was the samsung gear which is before the galaxy watch rebrand. If you are upgrading from a watch that old, this watch is fine. I haven't experienced much difference. Battery is worst but ok. I could go almost 4 days without charging my old watch. This one dies on the second day without charging. I thought I would miss having a bezel to turn but I don't. I believe I have larger than average male hand. This watch is smaller in size but has just as much usable screen as my last watch. I have no complaints. I would recommend this watch if your old watch died like mine, but it isn't much of an upgrade.

I bought and “excellent condition” watch and this is what I received. I have MULTIPLE problems! Please read if you’re thinking about buying.First major complaint is the fact I paid EXTRA to receive a like new/ excellent condition watch. The watch I received is what I expected from purchasing “good condition”. Almost every corner is scratch.The second picture is the box it came in. Extremely sketchy. This watch was supposed to be the 5th generation, but if you look very closely at the band they gave me for the watch it says “for Samsung galaxy 4”.Last problem, but DEFINITELY THE WORST ONE… the battery was completely dead. At first I didn’t know if it was gonna turn on after charging for a whole hour. If you know anything about lithium batteries you would know it should never ever be completely dead as that ruins the potential for the battery to hold a full charge. With that being said I’m assuming this will die very quickly.In conclusion, i recommend whole heartedly to just purchase a watch brand new. You have no idea what condition of watch you are going to get so it will be a gamble. I did get very unlucky. I will update on the seller and how they handle my situation.

I absolutely love my watch and use it for everything, Best watch I've ever owned . Well worth the money. Great battery life and easy to setup.. I couldn't imagine exercising, walking, hiking without it on. Tells me everything I need to know.
