Can I put these in my water shoes? Would it get destroyed if exposed to the water?

Although the Dr. Scholl's Prevent Pain Lower Body Insoles won't be destroyed by water, they may pick up enough water to become a bit squishy and heavy. We have not evaluated them for use in water shoes, so we're not sure how well they might perform. On the other hand our Massaging Gel Energizing Comfort insoles absolutely do not absorb water based upon their gel structure and might be a better choice to offer the comfort and protection you seek in your water shoes.

Do they make squicky sounds when you walk? How are they for size 8 sneakers?

I use them in a size 9 and haven't noticed any squicky sounds.

Will these work with mens 7.5 shoes?

A 7.5 Men's shoe size is smaller than our trim guides and the construction of our product for trimming. We do not suggest that you trim to this level. As an alternative, you can try one of our Custom Fit Orthotic Inserts which has versions that cover this sizing.

When should I change the inserts for new ones. How long do they last walking on them 40 hours a week?

We normally recommend replacing inserts at first signs of wear which can occur at 6 months to a year based upon your level of activity.
