BEST TIRE FOR THE MONEY HANDS DOWN!
If you are dual sporting, you cannot beat the Tusk DSport. They are tough and durable. Unlike gummy dirt tires, they can take on long stretches of highway for thousands of miles without wearing down the lugs. They have incredible traction in all conditions. Great on dirt, trails, single track, and even rocky climbs! They are ok in the sand, but if you have a heavy bike like my KLR650 (over 500lbs when loaded) they will get you around but not gracefully. The best thing is that they perform well on the roads. Yes, they have a little wiggle when brand new, but it's not bad, and once you're used to it you can lean into the turns just like a sport bike. I have DSports on 4 different bikes. My WR450F, DR350S, and 2 KLR650s. I can't say enough good things about them. The performance for the cost pretty much makes other tires obsolete.

Very good tires
Good set of tires. Installed them myself with tire spoons. Was a little tough but not my first set to install it does take a little know how. Was worried about balancing them but I installed them with the yellow dot on the tire to the valve stem where it belongs. The test ride was great with much improved traction and they were balanced out very nice as they were. No additional weights needed. Rode very well on paved road at high speed 70+ mph. The traction on gravel roads very good not afraid to turn or lean the bike in fear of sliding as with the stock tires. They were installed on a 2024 Honda CRF300l. Did not notice any less or more power due to very slight size difference from stock. Made the bike look more aggressive. Price was good to me.

Long lasting, great traction! Quiet on the roads
I combed over tires for months before buying these. It can be so easy to get cut up in the minutiae of all the reviews. I've run these through most of the year, highly technical Rocky Mountain extreme Enduro climbing descending jumping crashing etc. They're holding up very well and have very good bite. My son bought these tires as a result of them working so well for me. He's also pleased.

Killer tires, for a good price!
Great tires, but terrible balance. It took like 3 big weights on the front tire to get it close. I ran out of weights for the back, but they're considerably better than the last set I had on there once I got them balanced. If you have bead locks, you'll obviously have a lot more to counter, so I can't blame it squarely on the tires. These do great on pavement and all the way up in the 80mpg range without a huge amount of fuss. They knobbies, so they'll buzz a bit. But it's not bad. I'll repeat it again though, you really, really want to balance these things out of you want to go over 45-55mph, or else you'll rattle your teeth out! These tires do excellent off-road even after q couple thousand miles. I haven't worn them out yet, so pretty darn good so far!

Fantastic dual sport tires for the price
The tires are pretty stiff which makes installation slightly more difficult than average but it provides great street character as well as some protection off-road. I find that about 18 psi works well vs the factory tire's 22 psi. They chunk very little compared to plenty of other budget tires and provide exceptional on-road performance compared to more off-road oriented tires. I have used other DOT knobbies that would sort of fold up on the road at maximum performance and cause a loss of traction, while these grip to the very end until they start a controllable slide. I'd call these an 80% off-road and 20% on-road tire, but they behave exceptionally well on the road. They are pretty long lasting and durable as well. I find them to be fairly balanced in most situations for my bike where the front tends to lose traction just after the rear for similar cornering loads. It turns out to be a nice feature where I can come into a corner a little hot, easily slide the whole bike into an outside rut, and then continue giving it the beans without ever needing to use the brakes. I'll be using them again. The only reason I am detracting any points is for the chunking. However minimal it may be, I'd prefer zero chunking. These tires have held up better than other dual sport tires I've run, but they are just shy of perfection for my kind of riding.

Great option for WR250R
Very good option for some exploration riding around Northern Michigan on my WR250R. These are confidence inspiring on sand, rocks, gravel, and mud. They add a bit of road vibration but that's a trade off with off-road tires. Very satisfied and will purchase in the future if they stay affordable.

Extremely tough tires with great grip.
I got these tires for my dual sport with off-roading in mind, and that's exactly how I use them. I ride in some very rocky areas and could swear I'm going to have a pinch flat some times, but these tires are great. I have run them with as little as 15psi at times and they hook up very well.. sometimes they slide on wet rocks, but I think most tires will do that. Hill climbs in rocks and packed dirt - you could pull a wheelie all the way up and keep traction on that back tire. I installed them myself, and they were pretty tough to get on the rims, but I kept working and finally got them. On the road they are, well they are knobbies.. and you will feel that. They hum on smooth paved roads, and feel a bit uneasy at first on the roads, but now I'm leaning into turns, and they are fine. In deep puddles and thick mud, they find their grip and get you through.. I was once in knee deep water with soft mud on the bottom and they pulled me right through it. So I do recommend these tires for dual sport bikes if your biased towards off roading. If you ride the roads mostly, you won't need these, and you'd be better off with something a little smoother.
