I think this book gives you a good introduction to the subject of narcissism, explaining what narcissistic behavior order is and how to deal with the narcissistic people in your life.

Great on describing everything I'm going thru. It's simply the pain and the heartache I am already experiencing that would somehow blind me from trying to understand what was actually taking place in my personal relationships ( and yes I meant relationships like more than one). I simply struggled to admit that there was really a problem and now since I've come to terms w this, I'm finding it easier n easier to read about NPD, learn constructively about it and build myself around the ways to overcome it. This book helped me a lot as outlined n broke down specific details about the disorder; also illuminating ways on how to get a more positive reaction or outcome. I feel stronger n definitely happy as my confidence is growing, in other words, Education is power.

I leaned a lot about my relationship with my husband as well as my son. H hopefully, I can now take these skills and make life better for me! It's crazy to hear "You never really mattered in the first place,,"

There was a lot of useful information. Opens your eyes about the behaviors that the narcissistic person has and their motives.

Haven't actually read it yet but I wouldn't classify it as a book it's more of a pamphlet, it's less than 1/4 inch thick.

Absolute rubbish, the book is cheap and very few pages and tells you nothing new!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
