For Ice Maker
I hooked this up to our Refrigerator for the ice maker. Installation was very easy and possibly took all of 10 minutes. I debated on this item for several months mainly because of the reviews. Customers said that it was to loud. For the short period of time it takes to fill the ice maker, maybe 5-6 seconds we very seldom notice it. Has been hooked up for 8 days now and have used about 1/4 of a 5 gallon bottle. Wish I would have purchased it sooner. We use Ozarka natural spring water. Would definitely recommend this product if your looking for a way to get away from crappy city water supplies and to protect your appliances.

Buen producto con trasformador 220V
Fácil instalación, demoró varios minutos en purgar el sistema, pero anda bien. Hace algo de ruido y vibra al accionarse

Noisy, but works well.
This works the way it should, I use it to supply a plumbed-in filtered water faucet at my kitchen sink. After hurricane Helene left us without water for a week, this was my solution for having easy access to safe drinking water. Now that city water is back to normal, I'm still chemically treating the water in 5 gallon batches, and I run the output from the pump into an accumulator tank and through a filtrete under-sink filter and then into the faucet. I rotate between 2, 5 gallon jugs, so I always have water on hand, and I'm using it all the time, so it stays fresh. If the city water ever has a problem, I'll be drinking water that's a week old and has been processed on-site, so this gives me extra peace of mind (and if the power goes out, I also have a battery operated pump for a 5 gal jug, so I can just pump straight from the supply without the filter)

18 Months and Dead
I bought this to replace a 12 year old FlowJet 1000. If I didn't know better, this was a Flowjet. The screw hole mountings are identical to the FlowJet. So were the plumbing supply fittings. While the FJ was old, this seems to have more pressure, less pulsing and is a little bit quieter.I live alone. So it is only me using it for water to my ice maker and water in the door to my fridge. For 18 months, it served me well. I changed the tank as I normally do and came back about an hour later to hear it running. Only this time, it didn't turn off as it had lost its prime and was unable to activate the pressure switch.I did a few things like hold the 5 gallon jug of water above it and turning the jug on its side to force water down the tubing. Nothing worked, so I primed it using the tap water and forcing water into the line. Problem solved, correct? Nope. The next AM there was a puddle of water on the floor. The pump had developed a leak. I took it apart thinking it was a clamp or something. Nope. The casing of the pump literally cracked on its own. And now I know why. Nothing inside the pump casing is secured. The pump is held in place by two pieces of foam that compress when it is put in the case. The pressure relay was hot glued on one of two connectors and that had failed. A wiring harness also had hot glue to hold it in place. The interior detailing of this is absolutely sad and was built to the cheapest possible standards. No wonder it broke. It vibrated the pad out of the way and was rubbing against the case. So more cheap stuff from China that will eventually break on you.In any case, I cleaned the pump housing and used some waterproof epoxy to seal the housing. I don't expect it to last very long so I ordered a different brand as a replacement. I can't seem to add any photos to this, but the construction with hot glue is really sad.

Very functional water pump
After buying a new fridge, realized that I didn’t want it hooked up to city water (gross). Bought this pump after researching ways to use water jugs for a refrigerator. This pump works perfectly. Mounted it with the rubber noise damping feet to the wall. You have to use the tubing and connectors that come in the box for a refrigerator connection. There is plenty of tubing inside the box. I installed the pump right next to my fridge and it runs automatically when the fridge needs to make ice and when you want cold water. It runs for a few seconds and cuts off. It is quiet(ish)…don’t listen to other reviewers here that say it is loud. I sometimes can’t even tell it’s running and when it does run it is only for a few seconds and I ignore it. If you hate city water or don’t have a water connection close to where your fridge is, do yourself a favor and buy this. Very pleased. Runs as described with no issues. FYI…Don’t forget to prime it first. Takes about 30 seconds to get all the air out of the line but once you do it, you won’t have to do it again unless you need to buy a new unit.

Awesome product! Instructions could be clearer though
First of all, my family loves the fact we have ice and water now in the garage. The only negative thing, but I still gave it 5 stars, were the instructions are horrible. I had to find youtube videos on similar products to make sure I set it up correctly. Once I found those, it was simple! It works great so i am not going to ding this company...but probably should, but it just works, its quiet and efficient. No complaints here after the install. If you are not mechanically inclined, you are going to need a video to set this up, but once you do, you will be happy!
