A great compact thermometer that is simple and easy to set up! Had this same one for several years, and it worked perfectly, until I accidentally dropped it. Searched everywhere for this same one. Most others come with all the "bells and whistles" for outdoor temp, rain, wind, but when you can get all that from your smartphone apps, I'll stick with this simple device!

Very happy with this device. Works properly in a variety of settings, indoors, outdoors, refrigerator. Closed container. The hi/lo feature is a real plus! A very good magnet on the back that holds well. Comes with a single AAA battery. Mine has been working for more than 5 months on the same battery with no issues at all.

It is easy to use, the reading of the thermometer is correct, but the results by the hydrometer seems slightly less humidity than a standard one.

I received my pack of 3 yesterday. When I inserted the batteries, i noticed that they all read considerably different temperatures. I put the 3 of them close together and left them for a few hours. I was quite amazed that when I checked on them, they all read within 0.2 degrees of each other. The temperatures read 75.1,75.1,75.3. It seems they really were calibrated before they left the factory. The humidity readings were identical on all 3. We have 3 central A/C units and i wanted to see if the A/C thermostats were correct. 2 of them were not and I recalibrated them. I feel confident that these produce very accurate temperature readings. I have never paid much attention to humidity, but as they all read the same, i know that the reference is good and i can see if one part of the house is more or less humid than other areas. Excellent product.

Seems accurate! Great price! Easy to read temperature, humidity.. Well holding magnet on back, along with stand. Nicer than more expensive one I purchased!

Bought mine in Jan. 2018. It's Feb 2020 and part of the display is beginning to not show. Everything is still working, just a piece of the display isn't really showing when you look at it face on. Not a huge problem considering the cheap price. Buying another one of these since it really is super easy to use, works well, has a nice stand and a magnetic bit.

Love that this has a magnet and you can put it right on the refrigerator so you can always see what the humidity and the temperature is inside of your house

I have one of these in a different brand and wanted one for upstairs. I was happy to find one at this price, but it is total junk. It is 9 degrees off the humidity rating compared to my other one, (and compared to a friends I borrowed to double check) so it's completely useless. Spend a few more dollars and get one that works.

I have purchased Acu-rite products in the past and have had great luck with them. However, I believe this item is defective. The thermometer works perfectly, but the hygrometer shows that the humidity level is either 1% or 22%, even when by my humidifier. It consistently shows both high and low humidity levels at 1%. Unfortunately, I threw out the box and instructions for this item so I can't return it. *Edit: It's actually perfect, apparently my workplace is actually that dry.

Tracked changes in humidity and temperature very quickly and accurately, as confirmed by other units beside it. Excellent product.

I just wanted to know how humid or cold my apartment was and this works perfectly for my needs. Easy to read from across the room but no LED nonsense blaring at me from a shelf.

I use this Hygrometer to cross check a basement dehumidifier. Readings are spot on. Easy to see and magnetic back allows attachment to any metal surface.
