The hardest part of setting the AirienX Dimmable USB LED TV Backlight Multi Color Bias Lighting Strip was pre-measuring where to center the strips so the 3 connectors between the 4 strips would go. On our 75 in. Samsung 75RU8 smart TV, the long strips (50 in.) are about 3.5 to 4.5 inches from the top and bottom and the short strips (28 in.) are about 5.5 inches from the sides of the TV. The connectors are about 3.5 in. long and were looped like an awareness ribbon (i.e. pink Breast cancer awareness) between the vertical and horizontal strips. This gives you about 2 inches on either end to move about (up/down, left/right). The LEDs are bright, so it will be interesting to see how much reflectance is observed once the TV is hung. I suspect a it would be brighter behind a 60 inch TV than this 75 inch one because the strips are not closer to the edge. We choose this model because there is a remote instead of an app. We would have to install an app on too many phones to make it worth it. Just wish the strips were longer for the bigger TV. Should be fine though.

I installed this on my tv today. I purchased the 60” to 70” because I couldn’t remember at the time if my tv was 60” or 65”. It fit perfectly. It is of good quality. The only reason I’m giving it 4/5 is because the double sided tape on the last strip had the protection already peeled off but it still stuck to the tv after I applied pressure to the strip. Prior to install I cleaned the back of my tv with a dry cloth, then a damp cloth, let it dry and followed with the alcohol pad provided with the product and let that dry. It is a very simple install. I do recommend laying your tv on a bed when installing light strips. There is different settings and colors for the light strips. You have to manually set the color and brightness that you want, it will NOT change according to what’s on the screen, but it does turn on and off when you turn your TV on or off.

A friend in my office turned me on to these ambient lights designed to place in the back of your TV! Read the instructions and super easy to install and the effect of the changing ambient lighting behind the TV is spectacular! I also just so happen to have a 5 ft picture above my 65" TV of the Golden Gate Bridge at night made with special paint to make the lights from the city and bridge reflect on the water - the changing lights behind the TV changes the color of the lights on the water in the picture change color as well - it's something to see!

Works as advertised and definitely adds to the atmosphere of the room . The adhesive on the mounting tape could possibly be a bit more aggressive, but nothing has fallen off yet after 4 days. Was easy to install, but be sure to wipe down the TV surface with the alcohol wipes they provide. As I said, the mounting tape could be a little more sticky. If you're looking to brighten up the room with white light, the closest you're going to get is a real light blue. Oher than that, I would highly reccomend these LEDs

The AirienX Dimmable USB LED TV Backlight makes the TV easier to watch--less eye strain for me. It also enhances the look of our great room at night. Installation wasn't too hard, though I struggled just a bit with the corners as this TV is on the smaller side of the dimensions. Hmm...now I'm thinking I should get another strip for the bedroom TV.

worked greata bit expensivecheap tape didn't stay on as good as it should have although followed cleaning instructions for pre installation kand not quite a complete fit for a 58" tv

Very impressed. Was not able to use the USB socket on my Panasonic Plasma TV as the lights were drawing too much power for the socket. However, used a charger plug instead (iPhone Charger) and they work really well. They make a real difference to watching tv, particularly at nighttime My young children also love the color range. Easy to install. Very happy with my purchase.

The lights are great ! However the remote suddenly just stopped working?! We have tried everything including reaching out to the company with no response! So now they are stuck on and blue and it’s annoying.
