Exactly as described and same as was in the laptop. So easy to replace, just like the videos showed. 7 tiny screws (place them in a cup so you don’t lose them and remember where the shorter ones go). The whole replacement took no more than 6 minutes. Battery was 50% charged, so let it charge fully overnight. Worked beautifully after that. You can’t beat the price, but shop others. Just make sure it is one for the same brand/model.

Perfect replacement for an original battery in a HP Pavilion 15-cs0064st laptop. The tools needed to open the laptop (screwdrivers and guitar pick) were included - a nice touch for those that don't have the specialty screwdrivers and something to safely pry the laptop bottom off. Fit for the replacement battery was perfect; the places for the hold-down screws lined right up. If you do the HP battery check, you'll likely receive a "battery failure" error message, but don't worry - the replacement battery charges, holds the charge and provides the correct voltage and amperage to power the laptop just fine. I suspect that there's a chip in the OEM batteries that identify them as HP OEM batteries, which, of course, this battery is not. HP is famous for doing that with their printer cartridges, so it doesn't surprise me that they would doing that with their other replacement products. The only question is how well this battery performs over time - we'll have to see. After two weeks, so far so good!

The battery replacement arrived on time and was easy to install into my laptop (HP pavilion...) and is now working predictably.However, when I first installed it I thought my laptop was broken irreparably. While I was connected to the charger, the keyboard stopped working entirely! Much later I realized that this only happened when the battery reached 100% charge (like if I left the charger attached for a long time). But, If I monitor the charge from the tray and remove the charger anytime before 100%, then the laptop functions well. So, that's how I am handling this issue.If the keyboard freezes, the way to reset everything is to keep the power button pushed for at least 10-15 seconds until it goes off. Likewise, if sometimes the laptop doesn't turn on, again, I have to keep the power button depressed for a while.I am thinking that this battery is missing something that the laptop uses as feedback when fully charged and the laptop gets into some "safe" mode.Anyhow, I'm pleased enough with this replacement battery

Stopped working and swelled up within a year.This battery did decently for the first few months during which it provided about 2 hours of run time (as compared to 5-6 hours with the original HP battery). However, after that it steadily reduced in run time and finally in about its 10th month dropped to about 30 minutes. Soon it swelled up inside the laptop and ruined the trackpad which was right on top of the battery area. In fact, it even popped part of the back cover off (my daughter called it the computer with a tumor).Terrible buy - I would highly recommend staying away from this brand/seller.

Excellent replacement for my older HP. Exact fit. Runs just fine and has the same charge ratings as the original. Installation will be on the installer because not everyone has the same skills. I found it an easy replacement. There are many YouTube videos available. Just make sure to keep track of your screws and extra careful with the cables. Very good price!

All I can say is wow, this worked perfectly. Charging up now right after install, batter put in was right at 76%. Make sure to search on YouTube or Ifixit. Very simple to do. I wish I had done this years ago. I will charge this up and do battery calibration in the system settings at startup next time to maximize this battery. Perfect replacement. Let's see how long it will last. Just be ready for the computer upon rebooting after installation of the battery to give a CMOS error, just choose enter to reboot and after that your golden. You will be logged right back into your Windows laptop without fail.

Was the perfect part for my computer (HP Pavilion 15z CW100)! My boyfriend was able to install it quickly and the tools provided were exactly what he needed. I was about to spend so much money taking my laptop somewhere! I'm glad I took a chance on this instead
