This arrived but isn’t the the packaging as shown on the advert is it the same ?

Hi! I’ve now opened and used this product, twice. It was not good grey-cover the first time, so I’ve tried it again today. Again, it’s not covered my “greys” to the shade I previously received from the original product. If you’ve not opened yours, I suggest you return it.

No you need pre-lightened hair for this shade. Use a colour chart (google can help) to find a suitable shade.

Love this stuff! Great product and price

I don’t use anything else! This product works great and really brightens up my hair to a vivid bright red. This needs to be used correctly so please follow the instructions. I mix mine with 30 volume as I have dark hair but please get professional advice! Great price and a great product

I love this colour. Im a brunette and I find the colour comes through great. I don't pre lighted my hair. I use this mixed with 20 vol & some of the majirel rouge booster. Perfect every time & doesn't fade out too quickly.

Great solution as my previous make Preference in this shade had been discontinued. Had to buy developing cream and conditioner. Leave on longer to cover stubborn greys. Excellent shade 6.45 match.
