Actually finished the whole bottle — and bought another
I’m over 50 and lately I’ve really been trying to support my body naturally, especially when it comes to energy, cravings, and mood changes. I decided to try Semaine Hormone Balance capsules and I honestly didn’t expect much at first. What stood out to me is that they’re hormone-free, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, non-GMO, and made in the USA. I also liked that they’re easy to take and didn’t upset my stomach. After consistently taking them, I noticed I felt more balanced overall, my energy felt steadier during the day, and I wasn’t reaching for snacks constantly. The biggest sign I liked them? I already finished one bottle and opened my second one. That says a lot for me. Cheaper than any script a dr would write , my skin looks healthier and has a glow .. I have seen results and improvement I can only speak for me and I’ve been using this for 3 months

Feeling More Balanced
This stuff has been great for me. It won't work miracles, but it definitely helps regulate my hormonal anxiety and mood swings better than anything else I've tried! I had to use it consistently for a couple months to really gauge the benefit. And it wasn't until I forgot to reorder one time that I fully appreciated just how much of a difference this really makes in the long run!

Great supplement!
Let me start by saying I love this product! After reading other reviews I had to try it out for myself. I have been taking the supplement as recommended and on a daily basis. The pills are not too big in my opinion and I’m able to swallow them with ease. I did not experience any after taste and I do not belch the ingredients afterwards. Taking this supplement has helped my energy levels, as well as my sleep pattern, and my body’s overall feeling throughout the day. Digestion has improved significantly. My gut is not heavy and or bloated like it was before I purchased the supplement. I feel like this supplement helps curve my junk food cravings. So far I am very pleased with my purchase and will be purchasing again.

Good enough
The only thing it helped with is chin hairs. Better sleep? No, more energy? No. Disappointed can't get in a store ANYWHERE

Easy to take, not to large of a supplement. Will update after taking regularly!
Love the package of the bottle and the size of the pill is not hard to swallow. I will check back in after taking more consistently, but so far I have had no problems. I am only taking one capsule to start and will update to two once I see how my body reacts after first week. Excited to see the results on mood, skin, and overall gut health.

Hormone Balance Support Pills
The product seems to work fine for me. I haven't been having a mood swings, I haven't been Moody, I haven't been bloating or having any weird cravings. I do notice that I am awake more and not as tired so maybe it is really working this is my second bottle. If you're looking for some sense of relief for hormone balance it's worth a try.

Didn't work for me
Im 57 tried after hysterectomy, to regulate hormones. Did not work for me! Made me very moody and made my eyes extremely dry and painful.

Really Works
It really works. Makes you feel energized & happy. But it’s expensive for me as I don’t work. Highly recommend.
