Maggie Moves On

I love Lucy Score books so so much. Maggie Moves On is in my TBRA list. I love LS books because her main characters always always make your heart beat faster and your panty melting 😆😆😄😄😉. Need to read this book. Maggie's is one of the FMC that I love and liked a lot. She's strong and always thinking ahead until she met good looking Hotlandscaping Silas. He's totally 100% sure that Maggie is his soul mate the first time he lai5his eyes on her. See.. That's why LS books so easy and fun too read because the story is believable. Love the way Silas laid claim on Maggie 😉😆. Their chemistry is so 🔥🔥🔥.. His dirty mouth.. What not to like...?? Love everything about this book.. It's fun.. Lots LOL moments.. Romances moments..Relatable and Believable... Great families.. Great friends.. Great characters..A little bit of adventures and family dramas.. Looking forward for more stories like this.. Love you LS!! 🤗

Am I like most millenial women and obsessed with house-flipping shows found on HGTV or Magnolia Channel? Yes. So did the premise of this book hook me in from the start? Also, yes. It's not often that the FMC is the grumpy, not interested in a relationship kind of lead, and in this case it really hit the mark. I loved the relationship dynamic, that the MMC forced down her walls, and did it all with such humor and vulnerability that Lucy Score is so excellent at mastering. Plus there is a loveable dog.I loved reading this and I think you will too! Lucy Score is just an awesome author.

No grand gesture was made even after the talks with his moms. Maggie did all the work.🔨 We get the vibe that Cody is basically their surrogate child now even though he’s 18. Where does he go from here?? This was the one plot I cared most about and it felt unfinished.🔨 I skipped the treasure hunt and “who wrote the novels” parts. It was boring and it never amounted to anything important.

I thought I had read all of Lucy’s books. I was looking through some kindle unlimited available books when her name on this book caught my eye. Well of course I downloaded it. I even read it ahead of my order 12 books I’d already downloaded. So glad I did. I absolutely loved this story. It may be my favorite read of hers. This is a surprise wonderful read!! Don’t miss it ladies or gentlemen!! 🤩❤️

I absolutely love everything I have read by this author and this book was no exception. The witty banter, the laugh out loud moments, the swoon worthy romance. This book, as well as every other of hers I've read, are always a can't put down until I'm finished read. I loved and hated how everything & everyone was wrapped up at the end. I would have loved another book within this group of characters but was satisfied with everyone's HEA overall.

The title caught my eye. I am going to read all of Miss Lucy's books, but this one jumped to the front on the line. Loved it. She combined everything here. Small town, strong female character, mixed family and home improvement. When's the next one coming?

I usually devour LS books but I just couldn’t get invested in this one. Was this book considered women’s fiction, a rom-com, romance or mystery? There was just so much going on that it was hard to keep up with all the characters. I didn’t care for Silas and his take charge attitude . At first introduction, he knows what’s best for Maggie, tells her that they belong together,etc. sorry, not believable and irritating. Then we have Silas’ Diverse combined family, Maggie’s ex and Silas’ brother relationship which came across as forced. Along comes Cody and Grumpy Wallace, estranged sister Dayana shows up to add to the chaos and if that wasn’t enough, we have the mystery of the house and the Campbell family. Personally, the part about the Campbells would have been a good storyline for a Riley Thorn book. It was just a lot and at times I was bored trying to get through it. This was not my favorite book by LS and totally forgettable. I wish that I had waited to read when it was cheaper buy and not the higher price. I hope this book was an anomaly.

I am an avid rom com book reader. She is one of my favorite authors. I didn’t love the leading male character in this book though. He was a little too controlling for my liking. But an enjoyable read non the less. Fun and easy quick read

I love that beyond the humor and romance, there's always a great back story. Every character has so much depth, and there's just the right balance of description and action so you can't manage to put the book down

Love, love, LOVED THIS BOOK! Silas is the BEST book boyfriend and I was smitten by page 14. Definitely recommend.

Some parts I wildly loved, and some parts were just... too much. The fairy tale elements went a little over the top sometimes. Kevin is hilariously the best part of the book.

I’m a sucker for books with tradespeople in it and thoroughly loved this book! A lot of romance, great relationships and a hint of mystery rounded out with the most adorable dog. Highly recommend!

I seriously don’t think Lucy Score can write a bad book. She is an instant buy author for me and this book was no exception. The plot was good, the spice was good and it was cute and funny.
