CLA may work for some....but I've never seen any results
This isn't a knock on this brand, its a knock on the theory that CLA helpd reduce body fat. I've taken 3 CLA capsules daily for one year and if thats all I take then I have no results. If I use thermogenic or prohormore products, I see results. I just have never seen CLA do anything by itself. Thats NOT to say that the results I've seen with the other products were not amplified by CLA....but I doubt it. We'll find out as I'm going to stop taking CLA for good and see if the other supplements continue to perform their magic. I'd say don't waste your money on any CLA products personally. Little to no benefit.
