Nelko 4x6 Thermal Labels Fanfold, 500 Shipping Labels for Label Printer

I’ve gone through several thermal label printers over the years, and the Nelko Genuine 4x6 Direct Thermal Labels have honestly been some of the most reliable I’ve used. Right out of the package, the labels were cleanly cut, easy to load, and perfectly aligned in my printer without any curling or feeding issues. ZERO FEEDING ISSUES! The print quality is sharp and consistent barcodes scan easily, text comes out crisp, and there’s no fading or smudging during normal handling. I especially appreciated that the adhesive is strong enough to stay firmly attached to boxes and poly mailers without peeling up at the corners, even during shipping. One thing that stood out to me compared to cheaper thermal labels is the consistency between rolls/stacks. I didn’t have random blank spots, misaligned cuts, or jam issues, which is a huge deal if you ship frequently. They also seem to resist moisture and light handling better than bargain labels I’ve tried in the past. These worked flawlessly with my thermal printer and saved me time because I wasn’t constantly reprinting labels or fixing jams. If you run an online store, sell on eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or just ship packages regularly, these are absolutely worth considering. Pros: • Crisp, dark print quality • Strong adhesive • Smooth printer feeding • No jams or curling • Professional appearance • Great for shipping labels and barcode printing Overall, this is one of those products that quietly does exactly what it’s supposed to do — and does it well. Reliable, high-quality thermal labels that make shipping a little easier.

I recently ordered my second pack of the Nelko Genuine 4x6 Direct Thermal Shipping Labels, and they continue to impress me with their performance. These labels are a fantastic choice for anyone needing consistent, hassle-free shipping solutions. Quality and Build: The labels are well-made and thoughtfully designed. The paper is sturdy with a smooth, bright finish that takes ink cleanly, and the adhesive backing sticks firmly without peeling. Each label is perforated for easy separation, and they come neatly stacked in a pack that’s simple to load into my thermal printer. This second pack matches the quality of the first—reliable and professional-grade. Performance: They work great, plain and simple. I use these for shipping packages, and they print crisp, scannable barcodes and text every time—no smudging or fading. They feed smoothly through my Nelko printer, with no jams or misalignments, and they hold up well in transit, sticking tight to boxes through handling. My second pack has been just as flawless as the first, making shipping a breeze. Value for Money: For the price, this pack is a steal. You get a generous count of 4x6 labels that rival pricier brands, and the quality justifies every penny. Since they work so well, I didn’t hesitate to grab a second pack—proof they’re a cost-effective option for small businesses or frequent shippers like me. Minor Notes: They’re tailored for direct thermal printers, so make sure your setup matches. The adhesive is strong, which is great, but can leave a bit of residue if you reposition them—stick them right the first time. Storage-wise, keep them dry to maintain print quality, though that’s standard for thermal labels. Overall: The Nelko Genuine 4x6 Direct Thermal Shipping Labels are a winner—this is my second pack, and they work great every time. They’re dependable, easy to use, and perfect for shipping needs. I’ll keep coming back for more—5 stars for consistency and value!

Bought as a present , not sure how good it is, 5 stars because of value for money and quickness of delivery

Works like a dream. I use it connected directly to my smartphone. Connection was straight forward and once you have things set the way you like, it just works. Included labels are super sticky. I have since purchased extra labels, not from this manufacturer, and there is absolutely no difference in the quality of the labels. Save money and buy the no name stuff. The Printer itself has given me no issues other than once in a while I will get a "squiggle" or a thin line of unprinted space on my label. If 100% accuracy 100% of the time is your goal, then you may find yourself reprinting a label here or there. For me though, it's fine and it's RARE. I don't want to overstate it...but it does occasionally happen. Good unit. Highly recommended.
