Fantastic product - lasts days even with daily showers I have used to to help recover an mcl tear in my knee and now a bad ankle sprain. I am a climber and this product has helped me get back to it sooner as I can still wear my tight shoes over the kt tape so I have great support. I have used other brands and had blisters and reactions to the adhesive. However I’ve used kt tape for years and never had a reaction Can’t recommend it enough!

The best in the bussiness, give it hell amd will hold.. the only one that takes water and stains in.. (people, shave before you apply it, it is common sense..)

I am using it for my Achilles problem. It is easy to put on and sticks well. I just found it too stretchy. So when I fix it to my heel as an anchor and then pull it up my Achilles and onto my calf, it stretches too easily

This tape is excellent! I put it on the evening before a run and it didn't budge. It was even difficult to remove when in the bath! I highly rate it.

By far the most user friendly and best adhesion of any Kinesio Tape I’ve tried - being pre cut makes self taping a cinch .

they're fine, but don't last very long. they started peeling on day 1

I use this to support my Achilles tendinitis. I have this on my skin for up to 5 days and shower every day. Stays on when I swim for 45 minutes and then is easy to peel off. Otherwise I do find it takes time to take of and can bruise my skin. I have found that it does not irritate my skin especially as I do have sensitive skin. Seeing as it’s pre-cut I am surprised that it frays at the edges and requires snipping off.

llegué a probar otras que se despegaban facil despues de uno o dos dias pero este ni con la fricción de la ropa ni con el ejercicio todos los dias se despega, dura más de 5 dias facil , tampoco se despega al bañarse, lo unico a tomar en cuenta diria yo es que tarda un poco en secarse despues de bañarse pero nada molesto. el pegamento es fuerte y duradero si lo recomiendo. da soporte al area donde se coloca

No se despegan, no se rompen y son resistentes al agua. En salidas de más de 24hs se mantienen en su sitio sin problemas.

The best out there

The product is great as it really helps with muscle pain but it’s not as long lasting as the KT pro I’m not sure why. I’m always using KT but this time decided to change to the EXTREME but it disappointed me with how fast it started peeling off.
