I don't claim to be a connoisseur of the revered Olive Tree but for my tastes Clear Spring Organic Olive is quite exquisite with food, and I know that this is the original cardinal sin but cooking with it works very well for me too, although I am of course aware that a lot of the wonderful medicinal value of the oil is lost when heated......... I also use Clear Spring Organic Olive Oil and Coconut Oil to make soothing balms and lotions for the skin. I also like to infuse Clear Spring Organic Olive Oil with herbs such as Rosemary, Oregano, and or even Pine. I've been using Clear Spring in my home made skin care bits for about 18 months now, and will continue to do so ........ I hope this was helpful.
