Q: Can these boots be waterproofed?

Yes I spray my boots with Kiwi Rain and Stain protector. It works but any water proof protector will do the same job.

Q: is the label on the back the original orange stitched style or a sewn on one as pictured pls

Hi - I did find them true to size (I’m a 3) & also found them easy to put on and great for those of us who are short with a wider calf. Great length too. Unfortunately both pairs wore out the soles in under 3 months ☹️

Q: Do they grip well on icy roads?

Hi Kirsty, I live in Bournemouth so not had experience of ice, but they do have really good strong grips on the bottom. I've bought boots before that made me slip and slide in the rain but these don't and we've had plenty of rain. The great thing about them is they are extra warm and really comfortable. Don't forget to spray the suede with rain protector before using them tho. I'd say yes, but have to admit haven't had experience of use with ice. They're fantastic for the price. I find Rocket Dog boots and shoes are well worth it when on sale and my last pair lasted me nearly 4 years
