I have purchased these vitamins because a couple of years ago I started loosing hair. I researched it and one of the reasons is Vitamin B5 defficiency. It's not working for me but it is for my wife that takes them as well. Reason is I have found out why I my hair is thinning and it is not vitamin B5 defficiency. I think the product has helped. I don’t have a month in yet so I’m not sure but so far so good. I would recommend buying if you have a nerve ending problem seems to keep mine at a quiet roar instead of a giant roar would recommend.

I took it last night and I slept so peacefully. I have more energy and clarity. I am more relaxed and my cortisol I can tell is lower. I am not having issues with my blood sugar that I did have before. I will definitely keep taking this one.
