I was feeling extremely stressed & very tired. I read about Passion Flower supplements and ordered from Amazon.I'm now feeling a little more calm & relaxed after 1 week. I'll certainly continue to finish the course & most likely order more.

Seems to work well for easing night time anxiety / restlessness when you want to try and sleep. I have being taking one a night and generally have noticed an improvement on the time it takes to fall asleep and keeping my mind calmer to allow for sleep to happen.I recommended these to a friend and gave her a few, she then bought a pack herself so there's definitely something in it.I've seen guidance that recommends not using EVERY night in order that it maintains it's effectiveness when you need it and that is probably good advice.

These work well for me, better than the other branded ones on the marketLeaves me feeling more level after just 1 day , I take daily whilst I need toI think they are alittle overpriced and would say should more £7 than £10

These are pretty good, they take the edge off my anxiety. I take an hour before bed and although I still wake in the night I seem to get back to sleep again quicker. You need to give them a break every now and then or I think your body gets used to them and they become less effective. I haven't had any stomach problems or side effects after taking them. Nothing ever cures anxiety sadly, all you can do is find things that help and coping mechanisms.

I’ve tried pretty much anything available on the market without prescription and also few prescriptions and this is so far the best in combination with saffron.

I have stubborn insomnia brought on by stress and worry, I have already tried valerian and hops which had limited effects, and even a prescribed sleeping pill only worked for a few nights then stopped working so I was amazed that right from taking the first tablet I was asleep within 15 minutes, and the effects do not wear off with continued use, I'm still taking a tablet at night a week later and I'm getting a full 8 hours sleep for the first time in a year! These Passion Flower tablets are the ultimate insomnia herb, you can also combine with valerian and hops if you are really struggling, however, be warned I tried this and it makes you feel groggy and very tired in the morning. I would highly recommend this to anyone suffering from stress related insomnia.
