George Foreman 2-Portion Compact Grill 17894 - Silver

My wife and I had a George Foreman Grill years ago and found it excellent. That was when we had family at home. Our youngest son has a family size George Foreman and he uses it a great deal.So seeing how good his grill is we decedided to buy the 2 Portion Grill we thought that it would be ideal as there are only two of us at home. The Grill does and excellent job, ia easy to clean and like our previous Grill takes the fat out of the Food that you are cooking. Buying on Amazon it was an extremely good price. I would thoroughly recommend this grill for those particularly on a low fat diet for obvious reasons, and for quick and easy grilling.

This is my second George Foreman grill, the first was much larger and was really for a family. I decided to buy a smaller compact version as there are only the two of us now. This grill was received very quickly and is great. Its compact size also means that it doesn't take up too much storage room. I would definitely use this company again and buy from the George Foreman range. Recommended!!

Does what it says on the tin ... I like the inclusion of the few recipes to get you started with using the grill. Only drawback is that compared to the photo I expected the grill to a bit larger ... it is rather small for "2 Portion". It will only prepare one chicken breast fillet at a time, for example, or just one reasonably-sized sandwich, therefore my Son gets to eat his portion first while I then prepare my own.Easy to clean, doesn`t get too hot on the outside shell, user-friendly.

I had been stalling and never got round to getting one of these grills till now...amazing. On arrival went to the butchers bought £7 worth of chicken breasts left it marinaded in nandos marinade from sainsburys and its been over a week and I have been pigging out every day more healthily might I add.Result I have to say I must have saved over £50 this week on takeaways alone plus minus the grease its prceless. A thumbs up from me :)

Well, I thought for only £[] that I would try it, and I'm pleased as I did because it doesn't work as well as I expected, the thermostat doesn't give the plates time to warm up, and it seems a bit on the shoddy side design wise - I really ought to have bought a more expensive model OR just have more patience with my grill.Honestly, the only reason that I bought this was because I thought that it would make a comforting bacon sandwich in about 5/10 mins which is relatively quick.I wouldn't recommend this, but for £[] what do you expect.Cheers,Matthew

It's a really good product and cooks so many different things really well and easily. It is really easy to use and to clean, it also shows how much fat is in the food we eat! I would definitely recommend this to anyone, I got mine in the sale and I'm really happy with it.

Love this small grill. Very light, fast to heat and easy to use. Cooked two salmon steaks (today) to perfection. Have also cooked chops (4), sausages (4) and vegetables. Easy to clean. Great for one/two people. Prefer this to bigger grills and now only use this one.

I wanted to replace the small George Forman grilling machine that I have been using for years, it is brilliant but getting a bit worn now. So I ordered this one thinking it would be just as brilliant. It is NOT. It is far too light, the older one was much more 'clompy' which I think worked better. It does fit my toastie in it which is all the size I needed but it took ages to cook it and never really made it like the old one did. Sadly I have had to go back to the good old one. I've just put the new one away in the cupboard in embarrassment. The old one still works a treat anyway and I will wait until I can find a replacement that is much more up to the original. I'm not one to be giving bad reviews but I really was disappointed with this machine and hope perhaps the makers might some day see these reviews and bring out something more in style to the older 2 portion grill.
