Are these definitely the high performance version rather just the normal ultra?

I don't know about the 'normal ultra' I have only ever used Systane Ultra. High performance. I have dry eyes and the drops are quite 'Gluppie' (has more body than ordinary eyedrops) I find them very good.

Can I use these with gas permeable contact lenses?

My optician recommends them for all types of contact lens they are high viscosity and preservative free. Best eye drops I've ever used as I have dry eyes and since using these I've had no problems with the condition.

How dose the delivery charge double when you order 2 ?

Don't know, I only order one. Used only when I first put my lenses in.
