3G/4G dongle for Hizpo Car Stereo

can't find a carrier that will this device will work with, and I've tried all the major ones, I've been told that it's not compatible with their services and I paid tmobile for the 50 unlimited plan because they said it would work with them but they couldn't get it too activate. And I can't even get my money back because it was a prepaid card
