These are a world away from the ones you can by in a well known high street chemists. I had been frustrated by heat building up around my knee in the old ones; not only was it uncomfortable, but my chiropractor had advised me to keep the knee cool, and ice it when I'd been exercising it. the UP supports let the air circulate so my knees stay cool, and they also give excellent support. I would say they are a bit on the snug side - I started off with the Medium size, but had to go up to the Large size.

Brought it for my husband, as he has a bad knee. really comfortable, and supports his knee well when running or playing football. And although it fits well, and seems secure, it does sometimes slide down a little. saying that, he still thinks its great and has made a real difference to his knee.

I used this to support my knee following surgery last year on a ruptured tendon. I've tried 3 different supports and this is by far the best. Comfortable, does not roll up or down and well designed. Does not pinch at the back of the knee.

A bit tight so I only use it around the house. I tried it out on a walk and it started pinching so removed it. Order a size bigger than you think you need and you should be ok.

I measured my knee as told by the website. I ordered the size relating to this measurement only to find the support turned up and it is too small. I apparently can’t return this item only get a replacement, however I can’t get a replacement in a larger size. Amazon will however send me another free of charge that means I end up with two I can’t use. I just want to go up a size so that me knee is happier until my hip is sorted!

Ordered a medium, was too small despite measuring according to sizing chart. Not sure if it takes into account ladies thighs!Wanted to return it but ineligible for return this was not made clear when ordered and the size is wrong!

Excellent knee brace ,really good compression, comfortable to wear all day

In terms of compression and support this is 5 star all the way. My only problem ( and the reason for 4 star) is that it slides down my thigh a little so I need to stop running to yank it back into place, which can be annoying. I’ve not figured out if there’s a way I can place it to mitigate this yet… but other than that, I love it!
