What's in this formula, and how much fiber is per serving?

Each scoop delivers dietary fiber from a blend of Oat Flour and Psyllium Husk, combining both soluble and insoluble fiber types to support digestion, regularity, and healthy blood sugar levels.

How do I take it, and how much water should I drink with it?

Mix one scoop with 8 to 12 oz of water, juice, or your beverage of choice. Fiber needs adequate water to work properly, without enough fluid it can worsen constipation, so stay well hydrated throughout the day.

Should I start with a full serving right away?

No, start with 1 scoop daily to assess your tolerance, then adjust based on how your body responds. Introducing fiber gradually helps avoid bloating or digestive discomfort.

Does this actually taste good, or is it gritty like most fiber powders?

The Chocolate flavor is designed to taste like a light dessert drink rather than a gritty fiber supplement, some people mix it with hot water or bone broth as an evening drink.

Is this appropriate for tested athletes, and who should not take it?

Yes, oat flour and psyllium husk are not prohibited by WADA or any sports governing body. If you take medication, space this out by 1 to 2 hours since fiber can affect medication absorption, check with your pharmacist if unsure.
