Delivery was spot on. They called the day before to let us know it was coming. Parcels delivered at 6.50 am next day. They came in 11 packages which were manageable. Each unit was flat packed into separate packages.Took 2 of us 5 hrs to put together the 8 units. It took us another 6 hrs to put them up. The problem with hanging them was the quality of the cabinet hanging hooks. In the end I had to go to screw fix and buy new ones because the ones supplied were such poor quality and not robust enough to bring the unit flush to the wall. (I attached a pic with screw fix’s metal hanging hooks - far superior)We screwed additional screws into the sides where the units sit together to ensure the separate units were flush with each other and additional strength.Disappointed that I was not offered reimbursement for buying additional products due to the quality of the ones supplied and would recommend that the company do a speedy you tube video of the unit assembly to help people understand what they need to do. Oh also, The fixings for the ‘door pop outs’ are poor quality and probably will have to replace these as well.Why have I given it 5 stars? Because it looks blooming amazing now it’s all finished!!!!! Totally in love with it and will be a great feature once my room is finished.

Looks great and a quality product.

Overall these are good value for money and result in a good looking set up. A few things to be aware of. There are no holes for cables to travel from the lower centre unit to the TV. There are small gaps near the brackets to allow small cables to travel across between the lower cabinets. Generally assume you will need to cut holes for all cables. The hinges for the top cabinets allow them to lift up and stay open. The hinges and brackets for the lower cabinets have no resistance and so the door needs to be lowered gently by hand until the bracket is at full extension and holds it. Some of the wall rails were too long and had to be shortened with a hacksaw. The fixings, which enable a good amount of adjustment for levelling up the units, start to twist and can beak when tightening up if you do not keep an eye on them.There is no ventilation in the cabinets so certain types of tech may overheat if you don't leave the doors open (e.g. games consoles).

Driver pleasant and had his mask on. Instructions a bit confusing, looks nice on the wall very pleased with the finished product.
