The laptop arrived in great shape and looked as if it had never been used. The seller included some handy battery care instructions and it appears the battery is new because the full capacity is the same as the manufacturer's rated capacity as documented in the system's battery report. I updated the Windows 11 Pro that came with it without any issues. However, this machine was not destined to be a Windows machine for my application. I promptly made a backup copy and overwrote the OS with Home Assistant OS. This laptop is now my Home Assistant server and it works perfectly. I went this route rather than a mini computer or Raspberry Pi because the battery will keep the server running during power transitions. The price, processing capabilities, and low power consumption make this an ideal Home Assistant server. Highly recommend whether using for Windows or other applications.

I bought this bc it seemed like a great deal when a week before my fall semester my old laptop finally died for good. I got it today (classes start tonight) seems really nice turned it on and let it boot up then it starts beeping and blinking saying a critical error and the harddrive is not found. I call the sellers number on the card goes right to a generic voicemail everytime I call. I am very upset that I waited to get this and now I have to waste my time to return it because it doesnt work which is why I was leery of even buying this refurbished even in excellent condition but I only read the good reviews. Not good that you can't even reach the seller by phone or email. Will not buy from here again.

These guys were great! Helped me through a few, what I thought, were issues but weren't. Battery life wasn't awesome, but they were very responsive wanting to fix it. Performance is solid, touchpad is responsive, appearance of the laptop was clean with no damage I could see, having the 11th gen i7 helps with how fast this runs. I recommend this shop. Solid purchase.

I needed newer computers for home duties, and decided to order this Latitude 5420 from RUKN-TECH. This laptop should handle a few, concurrent, logged-in users without struggle. The laptop arrived within 1 week. It was well protected in its package and is in like-new condition: no visible signs of wear to speak of. All ports work (although I haven't tested the ethernet port yet.) Good screen quality, touchscreen works great, good speaker quality, good keyboard, touchpad, camera... Everything works, and no rattle! It upgraded to Windows 11 Pro with ease. The lone issue was the charger/power adapter, which didn't work at all. To the seller's credit, the charger is a genuine Dell unit which looked brand new -- still in its scratch-protective plastic wrapper. (It was probably faulty from the factory, and just never tested.) We had another charger on hand, so I was able to try/test the laptop anyway. I contacted RUKN-TECH about it; they responded within hours (on a Saturday!) and refunded the charger. Great service! I'm smiling as I write this review from the laptop itself. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I waited a few month to comment on this product being a refurbished notebook overall i would say the price is right but you have to know 2 things that might allow you to better decide 1. the keyboard heats up specially to the left side. my fingertips suffer for it, i can feel it. i had to buy a separate keyboard 2. the battery quickly stops retaining charge. it discharges quickly. at the beginning it was ok, but now it is draining it quickly also i am noticing some of the keys are starting to scratch, like loosing the labels on it

Warning! This laptop came with a copy of Windows 11 with a TON of viruses in it. As soon as you set the computer up and go to the desktop, Windows Defender just went nuts. Dozens of variations of Win32/Expiro.HNW!MTB (virus that affects files and renders all of the useless. Thank god I didn't let OneDrive load. Do Not Buy! I repeat, Do Not Buy. I downloaded a clean ISO of Windows, used RUFUS to create a bootable USB drive and set BIOS to boot to it so I can install a clean version of Windows. This seller should be banned

The product is as it says it is. It arrived early, in top condition. This particular product is a powerhouse if you're doing business and school related things, top security features. but, Hello features are not exact. Finger Print reader Bug is a notorious glitch ie it breaks every couple of days, the built in camera isn't to the specs of Hello facial recognition, proximity is a big ? However, the features are present though. You will also have to update the Firmware, Operating System.

The refurbished laptop is in excellent condition; it arrived earlier than expected and was in perfect shape, with no issues whatsoever. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with Amazon. Thank you.
