It didn’t work. I think it was a return put back in stock.

Everything installed fine but didn't work. After further inspection of the circuit board and some voltage testing I found a broken solder joint. Repaired and it works fine now.

This item isn't what I thought it was going to be. The description doesn't really explain exactly what this product can be used with or what it does. I am currently not using this product .

When I ordered this, I had hoped it would be able to be installed on my steel security safe box (not an Amazon Basics model). The description doesn't mention that it's for that specific box.If you do own an Amazon Basics Steel Security Safe box (or an exactly similar box), and need to replace a failed electronic keypad, then here are my other observations:It arrived without any instructions at all, just the parts. It's up to you to figure out how to remove your old keypad and install the new one. It's packaged like you would see when ordering OEM parts as a professional where they assume you already know exactly what to do.Make sure that this will fit YOUR box before ordering. If it does, then this should be a great item for you. Just make note of how you remove your old one so you can install the replacement.

I thought this was the actual safe. Had I noticed it was the lock replacement I would not have ordered
