Lo compre en 2024, totalmente nuevo, no lo use por diversos motivos, iniciando este mes lo saque del empaque para instalarlo en la empresa, funciona super!!, tuve alguna dificultad al inicio con la configuracion pero sin mayor percanse!, ya esta instalado y operando. funciona muy bien!!. RECOMENDADO!!

I would give negative ratings if that was possible. I would NOT buy from this company again. Buying this product has created a nightmare for us. Not only this company is worst to deal with but very bad product. Technical staff does not about their own products. It has not been working for 3 months. I must have called at least 7 times in last 3 months. Every time I spent almost 2 hours with the staff and they could not help. So much time I had spent that if it is converted into $ then it has costed us in excess of $1000 and so much anxiety. Irony is the same/similar problem happened about this unit connecting to cloud so we can get data remotely, it got fixed but now the staff is so bad that they don't have a clue. They want me take a video (by the way I emailed them the pictures as asked for) and record on USB and mail it to them. I offered video call. But they refused. IS IT A CON COMPANY?

First of all, I am very satisfied with the timing of delivery, it took only 5 days to reach here (Qatar). As for the device, it pretty simple and straight forward, am sure there are other more advanced devices, but for our business this is more than enough. It's user friendly, easy instructions to follow for complete setup, the software is very easy to use also. After I finish setting up our users for the employees here, I will order another device for my other location. Note: the device is smaller in size than what I expected, but no issues, fine with me.

This is not user friendly and not compatible with Wi-Fi use only. Hard to enter in id numbers with the configurations of buttons

Great easy to use software that we can amend to suit our business. The biometric time clock is really good and very easy. Easy to use and good customer service.

A great device after many searches for a simple device to use in my small office in Africa. Setup is easy and usage is great with remote access.

Very good product for the price unfortunately this one was not Able to do overnight punches but the support team was able to set me up with the correct one and helped me set it up would buy from them again in the future!

Setting up the machine and getting it connected was almost impossible but actually using it to record hours is impossible. If a missed or incorrect punch needs to be adjusted, it does not record the correct time nor add up their correct hours. Support does not help or answer over 3 hours after office hours.

A lil complicated to use cloud service but it works and it's free of monthly fee

The software is free which is why I bought it they have great customer service… but the software is unnecessarily difficult to use. Its cannot be used just for punching in and out, you have to create schedules for each staff member. It does not calculate total hours worked for each staff member and it does not generate printable reports within the software; you have to export the data, open in excel, calculate the hours and then you can print it. I don’t recommend. But it does work if you don’t mind spending extra time doing payroll and calculations.
