W&N Griffin alkyd ideal for painters wishing to crack on next day. Best of all the painter doesn’t have to wait a year or more to varnish their work. To slow the drying time, in very hot temperatures as now, Griffin can be mixed with W&N artist oil paint or their student brand W&N Winton oil paint. This gives all round control.

Very quick to dry
Quite simply perfect. It took about 2 hours to dry whereas my regular black oil paint takes almost a whole week. This product was perfect for a last minute painting i done which i needed to be dry quickly.
