Fast and easy to use!
This printer has sped up our production greatly! We had one issue but their customer support quickly helped us and the issue was solved.

1" hieght double head printer.
This has been a very good printer for us. Comparable to Sneed and others. We had a issue and the company was very helpful with the repair. I will definitely buy again when we set up other print lines. Also, the cartridges are better priced than most other cartridge printers, which is one of the main reasons I went with this one. The only thing is that there is fairly long ship time if you don't pay for expedited shipping. Just make sure you order ahead of time.

works BUT!
This printer works but on our production line we had major issues with nozzles clogging. The clogging was bad during production stops for example overnight but it will also get worse and worse print while running 20 products/minute after between 1 and 2 hours.We had to replace it with something more reliable.

it doesn't come with instructions but the seller was very helpful
did not come with instructions. and I can't find a video anywhere of how to connect the scanner. i contacted the seller and they were very helpful . i recommend this seller. they machine works great and i use it everyday with no issues.
