It's Big, It's red, It drills big holes with big sharp teeth, giving perfect results.
I ordered this and it arrived super quick..... it's a hole saw! it has a diameter of 60mm!I've not had much experience with hole saw's.... it is a one piece unit, with a 'Hex' nut drill shaft, that fits into your drill chuck, it is surprisingly heavy and feels (and looks) well constructed, I have not used it yet and will not use it for some time, but I intend it to be used to drill/saw through 28mmm kitchen worktops, the package claims it will cut through metal.....it looks like it will have no trouble in doing so.It comes packaged in a tubular box, which open and closes really easy so can double as long term storage in between cutting holes in the various materials it is capable off, I like this because its a no hassle one piece unit... all that can really go wrong is if I try to drill/saw with my drill in reverse?I drilled a hole in 32mm MDF, half way through I turned the material over and drilled from the other side, from pressing the trigger too finishing with a perfect 60mm hole, it took me 120 seconds, Time will depend on the power/age of your drill, I used a 750 watt drill with a 13mm chuck, and the hexagonal end only just fits, if YOUR chuck is less than 13mm this will NOT fit into your chuck! It took longer for me to unpack my drill than the actual job. I have taken a picture of the results of the hole saw.

Fantastic Tool Top Quality
This hole cutter is fantastic!! I used it to fit a round retractable triple plug with 2 USB ports in my coffee table. The wood is an Indian hardwood and it went through absolutely no problem, using my battery drill. It's great as now I don't have cables everywhere. Also I loaned it to a friend for the same job but he was fitting the multi plug unit into his kitchen worktops, he actually commented on how good the tool is and I completely agree. I've used the other yellow ones with the red brand name on them and actually think that these are as good as if not better than them, my friend agrees. I will be buying this brand from now on. One tip I do have is that I really would advise you to spend that little bit extra for jobs like the ones I have mentioned above as it really does make a difference. If it's for downlighters or something through plasterboard, then you can get away with those cheaper ones but as I've learned over the years, you get what you pay for. Also this tool being red in colour doesn't mean it's one of the cheap ones. This is a brand name and far superior. I tried to get as much detail in with the pictures as I could. The sturdy case it comes in too is a great idea.

Great but not as deep as advertised
Really good bit for cutting cable holes grommets in a worktop. Nice and sharp which did not cause the laminate to chip, win!Only thing is that it says it is good to cut a 40mm deep hole, this isn't accurate and it can only cut a 38mm deep hole! Not the end of the world as you can finish the hole of from the other side. But worth being aware of.

Perfect, cuts through like butter!
Cuts through wood like it was butter! I attached it to my Bosch corded drill, good tight fit, then started drill off slowly until metal teeth touched wood. Then sped up the drill rotation and pressed lightly against the wood until it went through in about two seconds. Make sure to hold the drill tight and firmly and away from your face, as once the hole saw grips the wood, it can kick the handle upwards. If it does this, your drill isn’t rotating fast enough, you need to increase the drill speed so it cuts through!Very easy to use, well made and will last a long time.

Good, but with a hole in the design
Nice hole saw, nicely made and works efficiently. However unlike other hole saws I've used there are no holes in the top of the cylinder that would enable you to push out the removed material. This means that you must either drill a smaller diameter hole first to give room to 'hook' the ring of material cut by the hole saw, or undo the grub screw holding the centring drill so that it and the material can be removed. Either of which are a pain if you're drilling a number of holes.

Very sharp and cuts neat holes.
Arrived on time and well packaged. This hole saw is excellent. I have never used one before so was a little daunted. Being a middle aged woman I was not sure I was strong enough to handle the drill to drill the hole. I was so nervous I forgot to do a practise run on a spare piece of wood. I had to be spot on with where the hole was to be made, so I decided to first of all drill through with a smaller drill bit from underneath the counter top so the spot was marked. I attached this little gadget to my hammer drill and started to drill. I just let the hole saw do its work. Stopped a few times. to wiggle it loose and cool off, then started again. Very easy. The saw is sharp and made short work making a very neat hole. It comes in a plastic case, so it was easy to clean and store safely.
