You buy cheap, you buy twice
Just bought a new Canon printer, and thought I would try out some of these as they are incredibly cheap. Very easy to install, and the printer recognised them without difficulty. My old cartridges ran out halfway through a print run, so I installed these and immediately noticed a difference. So I reprinted some of the images I had done already for comparison, which confirmed there was quite a difference in quality. The prints with these were noticeably darker, and possibly less contrast - they certainly did not look quite so clear. The colours were definitely not as good, particularly on the skin tones. Some cheap cartridges give print quality that is almost identical to the manufacturers, but not these. I think this is a case of you buy cheap, you buy twice as I will not buy any more of these.Update: Office World contacted me regarding this review. They offered to refund my money if I deleted the review. Needless to say I am not going to do that. I believe my review is fair and accurate. These cartridges do not compare to original Cannon cartridges, but they are a fraction of the price. I believe it is necessary to know this in order to make an informed purchase. I am most definitely not saying they should be avoided. I am saying there is a difference in quality, but the significant difference in price might be a deciding factor in their favour for some people

Pleasantly surprised..
Was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery, quality and value for money. Knowing how expensive ink cartridges are (know idea why?) my expectations were not high. But these cartridges are as good as the Canon cartridges for my needs. Will purchase in the future.

Very good quality
I used the official Canon cartridges a number of times, but just don't use the printer as much as I did, so couldn't justify £75 of ink. This is very good quality for the price, but it isn't quite as vibrant as Canon genuine ink. It's almost there, but a tad less saturated. It's more than good enough for now though. If in the future I need to print any of my artwork, I will by Canon ink. For everything else however, I will use these. Recommended.

Does not print a lot - HOWEVER...
I ordered these less than a week ago and one of my ink cartridges has already run out! I counted and I had printed about 70 sheets with not that much writing. These cartridges claim to have a page yield of about 400 which would have been my money's worth but only 70 pages per cartridge is a waste of money.I'm not sure if I just received a faulty item or something, but cannot recommend on this basis!EDIT: the customer service response was quick and they offered me two new ink cartridges for free as an apology and to cover costs.

Caveat emptor - buyer beware!
I should have known better, price is not the most important factor.Initially things looked promising but after perhaps 6 months of having printed an image I realised that it faded badly. The picture was exposed but in the hall with no direct access to light.A bigger problem appeared just a day ago. Needed to print a 4 page document to sign when I noticed that some lines of the text were illegible. I checked the ink levels in my Canon Pixma iP7250 which showed that there was ample ink availability with all 5 cartridges. I proceeded to perform a clean function which given the infrequent use of the printer would be normal procedure. The test result was even worse. I did this 2-3 times and got nowhere. With a resigned sigh I prepared myself to take out the print head. Getting visual access to the cartridges all seemed OK as there were no flashing lights. However, as I started removing them I realised that three cartridges have run out of ink. After replacing them the printer worked fine.So I wasted my time, my paper and a lot of this cheap ink because electronically these cartridges are not communicating with the printer's software. Therefore, the bottom line is that they are simply not compatible in addition of not being stable.I would mention that I am an IT professional who also worked for a considerable time in the printing industry.

Why is this still listed on Amazon???
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Hadn’t had any issues until now however the yellow ink wouldn’t stay down in my printer and when I went to get product support it directed me straight to office worlds website, where they stated‘Please beware: Office World branded Ink & Toner cartridges sold on Amazon are not sold by our company. We do not sell re-manufactured ink cartridges from China and are currently investigating this matter. The quality of our products and high standards of customer service are of an utmost importance to us. Please place your orders only through our secure website and please always be careful when shopping online.’Not sure why Amazon are still allowing the sale ..
