where is the Bluetooth

You are looking at the wrong keyboard. Arteck do a wireless 2.4G connectivity version OR a bluetooth version. I LOVE this keyboard anf happen to own both for different reasons (2.4G wireless with my XBOX ONE and bluetooth with my laptop and other items)... They are lovely sleek little keyboards, but they dont yet seem to offer a combined 2.4G wireless AND bluetooth option - roll on that day! If you need bluetooth connectivity you may want to return this one and order the bluetooth version instead.

Is the Fn key lockable, or does it need to be pressed down in order to use the media keys (play/pause etc.)?

No, you have to hold the Fn key down whenever you want to use the media keys.

Can I purchase this keyboard in U.S. layout?

US layout is available in Amazon US site, please search B073TSKFRX in US site.

Does anyone else have a problem making an at sign using the shift and ' button? Mine doesn' t work it just gives this symbol instead "

that's the "translation" between US & UK settings, ie. try shift " & you may find that it produces the @ sign, strange but true.
