I can't say that I've had any weight loss or anything like that but I've had had some issues with gut and this seems to help those issues some. I like the fact of knowing that it hasn't mean I'll ask it and not always good for your body and it has some anti microbial properties in it as well so that's always good for your body. It has 0 flavor at all you could mix it into a little water. Sometimes I just add it into 4 oz of water in a water bottle and I just shake it and drink it and have has 0 issues other times I'll mix it into yogurt and mixes and just fine there's no weird taste after taste or smell. It is kind of pricey but compared to other competitors it's relatively around the same price. Since Gut health is so important for your body it is worth it to add some health benefits if you can't do it everyday maybe every other day just get it in your system in my opinion. The scoop is small so it's not like you have to try to mix a huge amount and 2 water or something so that parts nice as well. The container's smaller than you think it would be but the scoop is small you don't need a whole lot.

I bought this for my own immunity as well as my dogs, since I read it has so many benefits for allergies and the immune system. I did not see any difference whatsoever in my digestion which I was hoping it would help. The taste is fine, it's just like drinking slightly milkie sweet water. My dogs were fine with the taste mixed with their food. My puppy has allergies and I was hoping it would clear up his little trachea cough and the sores on his skin but it didn't. My older dog had a pneumonia and a cough that I have been trying to help him get through but it really didn't do anything on that end either. I'm sure this works for some folks but wasn't worth it for me.
