So the product is brilliant, but can't give 5 stars.... More later.The first one I bought has now been washed and carries on being brilliant.Solid quality and decent value for money.Fits perfectly and does a great job.So to the -1*I've had massive boxes with bubble wrap and packing paper before now, but Amazon (as have a few other reviewers have pointed out) continue to choose a cardboard envelope. What this does, is squash the whole product and especially one of the rubber seals and rupture and tear the glue seal between it and the fabric sponge filter.Being returned.Shame. Was planning on giving the AirRam to the father-in-law tomorrow with a fresh new filter. Ah well.I'll order another and cross my fingers.Feedback in the return and this review plus some to the seller might improve the delivery... Will come back and up the star rating to 5 🌟 if that happens.Wonder if Amazon are brave enough to publish this???????

The sponge filter material seems to be the same as the original part, however the fitting of the rubber end piece was poor on my filter and I am not sure how long it will last when washed. Otherwise it works fine. I think it should be made clear that you only get the sponge filter tube and not the inner rigid plastic bit.

Needed a spare filter for my G-Tech Air Ram so I can wash one and let it dry while still being able to use the vacuum. These compatible filters are perfect. Fit very well and I am really pleased with it. Good deal cheaper than G-Tech version.

This was an ideal additional filter, I’m now not even sure which was the original and which is the spare one. I throw them in the washer on a quick wash and gentle spin and they come out sparkling!

Ripped the existing one so ordered replacement which arrived very quickly. The problem is that the item is easy to rip as I was cleaning the inside I didn’t realise it was so fragile. I love the G Ram but I do feel that parts are too expensive. I paid £16.99 plus postage for this item which I feel is far too much considering its components. No choice though if you need to replace part.

Had a really smelly air ram mk 2 (dog hair !) Changed the filter and hey presto no whiff.

Saves time by being able to wash the filter and not wait for dry. Just use the spare.
