Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great finger tape. I use this to buddy tape fingers together for jiujitsu/judo practices. The tape is durable, long lasting, and comfortable. The tape holds well when sweaty but WILL come off if taped directly to skin. I put a base layer down and connect the tape to itself and it’s never come off. It’s the perfect width for taping fingers and toes.

Been training jiu-jitsu 4–5 times a week for 6yrs, so my fingers are constantly taking a beating—from grip fighting to hanging onto gis. I started using Bighorn athletic tape recently, and I honestly love it. It stays put through tough training sessions, gives solid support, and doesn’t peel off halfway through class like other tapes I’ve tried. Super reliable and well worth the price. Definitely a staple in my gym bag now.

The glue used for this tape is very strong. Sweat is no ungluing it and is easy to cut it

Picked up joint taping for stability again, and wanted to try a thicker tape than my usual 0.3” for more support. This stuff lasted 8+ hours playing with kids, even through frequent handwashing, without budging. It did leave a non-sticky residue upon removal that came off with a micellar wipe, no isopropyl alcohol necessary, but I had to give it more of a scrub than I’d want to twice daily. I’m glad added this to my rotation for more hand-demanding days: I think it’s worth the extra removal time since it’s tough and comfortable during wear.

I am a mechanic and I use this tape instead of bandages to keep my cuts from getting infected, It works great for that purpose, I usually get a day or so out of a wrap before having to replace it. My one gripe is storage longevity. Obviously I don't use a whole bunch of this stuff, but I've found if it sits for more than 2 weeks it will start to tear down the center of the tape. Leaving one half usable and the other half just being full of sticky strings. I bought the name brand tape thinking it would be better, but for the money spent I would expect something to not just deteriorate when sitting, especially something like tape. I've gone thru 6 of the 8 rolls and all 6 have had problems near the halfway point of the roll. I would just be weary if you want to keep it in a gym bag or in your car, as it will break down and become unusable after a few weeks.

I bought this in place of the Fuji brand tape I usually buy. Priced well and it sticks well when first applying it but it lacks the hold and sturdiness of the Fuji finger tape.

Very good product
