Not as good as they used to be.
I have been using these, on and off, for years...Don't seem as warm or long lasting as they used to be.

Value for money
I have been using Thermacare neck pads for at 20 years. They are more expensive and less of them in the packet. I have changed to Curaheat so that tell you something. Easy to put on heat lasts longer and yes I do wear them to bed. DONT put on a roll on pain relief cream first then the pad. It tells you that. I used to bring my Thermacare pads from America as they were a bit cheaper there, but I possibly won’t do that anymore. Curaheat is worth a try at least, I hope they help. I’ve found them on Amazon for £3 89 for 7 half the price.Good Luck!
