Is it helpful to reduce pigmentation?

It is not very effective... Basically niacinamide is designed to reduce sebum production, reduce stubborn acne marks and reduce visibility of pores but after elongated days of use, I couldn't see any results.... Invest a little more and buy the minimalist one....
